Complaints Procedure

Looks Clinics believes it is important that you, the client, are satisfied with your treatment. We make every effort to perform your treatment to the best of our ability and meet your needs. Still, you may be dissatisfied with something you experienced or don’t feel good about.

For example, you are dissatisfied because:

  • You have not been treated kindly
  • The agreements made with you have not been fulfilled
  • You feel that the treatment did not go well.

This document tells you where to go with your comment or complaint.

What can you do if you have a complaint?

If we know what happened, we can try to do something about it. By discussing your dissatisfaction, we may be able to prevent this from happening to another client. You can discuss or communicate your complaint in several ways, namely:

  • A personal interview
  • Contacting the Looks Clinics Complaint Officer: If the face-to-face meeting did not produce what you expected, or if you prefer not to have a face-to-face meeting with the hostess or physician involved, you may contact the Looks Clinics Complaint Officer. The complaints officer can be reached by calling the Looks Clinics phone number and emailing info@looksclinics.nl. The complaints officer will contact you to schedule an appointment. The complaint officer listens to your complaint. Depending on the nature of your complaint, the complaints officer will help you with your complaint or advise you on your complaint and what steps you can take.
  • Writing a letter about your complaint: If you are still not satisfied, you can write another letter about your complaint to Looks Clinics. Please address the letter to the management of Looks Clinics attn. the complaint officer. The grievance committee will first find out what happened, asking for information from the people involved in your complaint. To find a solution to your complaint, sometimes the complaint officer may invite you and the people you are dissatisfied with to a meeting in which the complaint officer acts as a mediator. The complaint officer will resolve your complaint within 1 month.
  • Contacting the Independent Complaints Officer: If you cannot come to an agreement with Looks Clinics’ complaints officer, you may contact the independent complaints officer. We are affiliated with an independent complaints and disputes committee: The Disputes Committee.
