Complaints procedure

Looks Clinics finds it important that you as a client are satisfied with your treatment. We do everything we can to perform your treatment as well as possible and to meet your wishes. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with something that you have experienced or that you do not have a good feeling about.

For example, you may be dissatisfied because:

  • You have not been treated kindly
  • The agreements made with you have not been fulfilled
  • You feel that the treatment did not go well.

What can you do if you have a complaint?

If we know what happened, we can try to do something about it. By discussing your dissatisfaction, we may be able to prevent this from happening to another client. You can discuss or make your complaint known in various ways, namely:

  • A personal conversation
  • Contact the Looks Clinics complaints officer: If the personal conversation did not yield what you expected, or if you would rather not have a personal conversation with the hostess or doctor involved, you can contact the Looks Clinics complaints officer. The complaints officer can be reached via the Looks Clinics telephone number and via email info@looksclinics.nl. The complaints officer will contact you to make an appointment. The complaints officer will listen to your complaint. Depending on the nature of your complaint, the complaints officer will help you with your complaint or advise you on your complaint and what steps you can take.
  • Writing a letter about your complaint: If you are still not satisfied, you can still write a letter about your complaint to Looks Clinics. You can address the letter to the management of Looks Clinics attn. The complaints committee will first investigate what happened and will request information from the people who were involved in your complaint. In order to find a solution to your complaint, it may sometimes happen that the complaints officer invites you and the people you are dissatisfied with for a meeting in which the complaints officer will act as a mediator. The complaints officer will handle your complaint within 1 month.
  • Contacting the independent complaints officer: If you cannot reach an agreement with the Looks Clinics complaints officer, you can contact the independent complaints officer. We are affiliated with an independent complaints and disputes committee: The Disputes Committee.
